This is a 10 week long support group, designed for those wanting help – either with current symptoms of depression or anxiety, or to prevent relapse. The aim is to learn and implement key lifestyle strategies and new thought patterns, all within the encouraging atmosphere of a small group of fellow believers. Since the program involves starting an exercise regimen, taking some nutritional supplements, as well as increasing sunlight exposure, everyone is recommended to consult with their physician prior to starting the group. Maximum 12 participants.
